New construction 106 unit apartment building offering affordable housing for formerly homeless veterans, on Treasure Island. The six-story building will also provide ground floor management and service offices, a community room, a common kitchen, and a parking garage. There will be an interior courtyard with a terrace on the second floor. The project is designed to meet Greenpoint Rated certification. The design uses net-zero energy strategies to achieve an EUI of 18.2, incorporates several resilient-design elements guarding against disaster and climate change impacts, and prioritizes healthy and durable materials throughout.
